Nancy Matisoff

I believe I offer a unique combinations of skills to clients through my experience as a seasoned agent, a former marketing directors, and loan officer. I’ve worked for many years with relocation clients, large & small builders, deal seeking buyers, downsizing baby boomers and I can find ways to help you move into your fist home or move up, move out, or move on.

For several years, I worked with large and smaller builders to sell their new homes and helped run the Guaranteed Sales Program for Mr. Foster enabling buyers to move up to new homes knowing their homes with sell rapidly. This gave me experience in many different areas of Maryland, DC and Virginia. I have worked with relocation clients to help them choose which DMV area suited them best. I enjoy preparing market analyses for sellers as each area has its own characteristics. Purchasing and selling real estate is a complex process so it’s helpful to have someone who can help you move forward with confidence. My aim is to make every transaction as seamless as possible and work to negotiate your best price. I like numbers and believe every client deserves my utmost effort and respect.

In  my personal life, I was raised to be open and homes with others and demonstrate a strong work ethic. I believe in leading an active health lifestyle and enjoy giving back to my community.
